Preseleccionadas a la animacion Oscars 2010

La Academia de las Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas de Hollywood en un comunicado dio a conocer los 20 films preseleccionados a la categoría “Mejor Película Animada”, para la próxima entrega de los Oscars.

Preseleccionadas para la mejor musica en los Oscars 2009

La música es uno de los factores mas importantes de una película, sin una música correcta, sea musical o no el film, el clima que se crea no es el indicado y esto puede pesar muchísimo en el disfrute de la misma.

Para que una canción pueda ser elegida para ganar la estatuilla tan deseada, la misma debe ser de letra original y obviamente creada exclusivamente para el film.

Este año, tenemos muchas canciones preseleccionadas y así poder anticipar o sacar un poco las ansias del por la llegada del 22 de enero. Entre los posibles nominados o los que tienen mas canciones en juego se encuentran: “Bolt“, “Slumdog Millonaire“, “Wall-E“, “The Wrestler” y una gran sorpresa bien merecida “Repo! The Genetic Opera“.

Peliculas preseleccionadas para el premio a la mejor pelicula extranjera en los Oscars 2009

Se dieron a conocer las 9 películas preseleccionadas para reinar en las nominaciones para la “Mejor película extranjera” en los Oscars 2009.

La película argentina “Leonera” que había sido seleccionada para representar al país en la ceremonia ha sido eliminada, por lo que quedaron estas nueve películas:

-“Revanche” (Austria), de Gotz Spielmann.
-“The Necessities of Life” (Canadá), de Benoît Pilon
-“The Class”/”Entre les murs” (Francia), de Laurent Cantet
-“The Baader Meinhof Complex” (Alemania), de Uli Edel
-“Waltz with Bashir” (Israel), de Ari Folman
-“Departures” (Japón), de Yojiro Takita
-“Tear This Heart Out”/”Arráncame la vida” (México), de Roberto Sneider
-“Everlasting Moments” (Suecia), de Jan Troell
-“ Monkeys” (Turquía), de Nuri Bilge Ceylan.

El jueves 22 de enero sabremos quienes son los seleccionados cuando se conozcan las nominaciones para la 81º entrega de los premios de la Academia.

15 pre-seleccionados para la nominacion a “Mejores Efectos Especiales” en los Oscars 2009


La Academia de Artes Visuales y ciencias acaba de anunciar que 15 películas fueron seleccionadas como semifinalistas para la categoría “Mejores Efectos Especiales” de la 81 entrega de los premios de la Academia.

Estos son los preseleccionados:

A principios de Enero, los miembros de la Academia, van a elegir de esta lista 7 candidatos para la nominación.

El jueves 15 de Enero, todos los miembros de la Asociación de Efectos Especiales van a ser invitados para participar de una proyección de 15 minutos de cada una de las películas preseleccionadas, y así poder llegar a la conclusión de poder elegir a los 3 candidatos al premio mayor.

La ceremonia de nominación de los Oscars 2009 será el día 22 de Enero del 2009 y un mes después, el 22 de Febrero, será la gran entrega de los mismos.

Esperaremos a ver quienes son los 7 finalistas, pero mientras tanto ¿Quienes se merecen el premio? Compartí tus opiniones con los demás.

Personalmente, los tres elegidos a mi parecer se pueden apreciar en las imagenes de esta nota: “The Dark Knight“; “Cloverfield“; “HellBoy 2: The Golden Army“.

“The Dark Knight” posibilidad de un Oscar para su musica

El comité exclusivo de la Academia de Bellas Artes y Ciencias de la música han tomado la decisión que la banda sonora original del film “The Dark Knight” puede ser elegido para ganar un Oscar en la categoría de “mejor banda musical original”.

El día 10 de Noviembre del presente año, este comité denegó la participación de esta banda musical ya que presenta demasiados compositores a nivel general de las canciones; la Academia generalmente solo considera trabajos de uno o dos autores.

Luego de haber revisado el tema, se concluyo que Hans Zimmer y James Newton Howard son los compositores principales de la música y se acepto como un trabajo de dúo para la “Warner Bros.”, el cual puede quedar nominado.

Esperemos a fines de enero para las nominaciones, pero mientras tanto, el jueves 11 de diciembre estaremos expectantes para las nominaciones de la 66ª entrega de los “Globo de Oro”.

¿Cúales son los candidatos para los Oscars 2009 segun “Variety”?

Variety, como lo hace anualmente, se ha tomado la molestia de listar las películas, 11 en total, que a su parecer son las que mayores posibilidades tienen en ser las candidatas a la nominación de los Oscars del año que viene:

¿Cuales son las novedades de esta lista?

'Wall-E'

"Wall-E", una de las grandes sorpresas del 2008

Principalmente la incorporación de “Wall-E” como posible candidata a la mejor película del 2008, cuestión que es muy complicada, pero no imposible, ya que es un film de animación y solo una vez en la historia del cine esto ha sucedido, para ser mas específicos en el año 1991 la película “La bella y la bestia“, clásico film de animación de Disney, pudo lograr la nominación a dicha categoría, de la cual “El silencio de los inocentes” logro quedarse con la estatuilla.
Como bien lo explica en uno de sus artículos, “Milk“, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button“, “Australia“, “Wall-E” y “The Dark Knight“, son las candidatas por excelencia de Variety a quedar nominadas.

El jueves 22 de enero del 2009 conoceremos los nominados y el 22 de febrero estaremos atentos a la entrega de los Oscars 2009.
